Message	Usually you could spot them up ahead in traffic (swerving, weaving in-and-out of traffic, braking late, cutting people off), and 9x's out of 10 its a woman on the cell phone. But in general, never have I seen or have been so aggravated at the horrible drivers out here in the Chicago area, both men and women.
